We offer various payment options, including financing plans, to make our services affordable. Full payment or a payment plan agreement is required before the start of any treatment. Additional fees may apply for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate information about their dental health and treatment preferences. It is also the patient's responsibility to follow post-treatment care instructions and attend follow-up appointments as recommended.

Luminous Dental LV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
